The 91 UI strings, 12 command labels and 2 menu wordings the strings added since the French catalog was drafted left in English are translated in the catalog's conventions (NBSP before : ! and inside guillemets, one/other plurals, 0 singular): starter templates and the Templates tab, the home screen's recents table with its sorting and dates in the French way, dropping files to open or import, the Getting started tips with sharing by code, the Playground's bound-variable chip, smart-selection spacing, outline mode's options, the converting and panel-width commands. Appended to each section; still requires native review.
Clicking the + button to add a fill or stroke in the Design panel now
immediately opens the colour picker dialog for the newly added paint,
matching Figma's behaviour.
Adds crates/ui-egui/locales/id.toml, a draft Indonesian catalog covering
every UI string (1,577 keys), command label (557) and menu wording (31),
machine-drafted and marked "draft — needs native review".
Indonesian keeps a noun unchanged after a count, so plural entries give
only `other` and plural_one needs no change. Preferences ▸ Language lists
Bahasa Indonesia; System maps id / id_ID to it (new assertion in
i18n_tests.rs) and `id` joins the cjk can-show list. Docs updated.

Adds crates/ui-egui/locales/cs.toml with all 2165 entries (ui, commands,
menu), marked "draft — needs native review" and kept out of COMPLETE.
Plurals use one/other only; the other form is worded count-neutral so it
reads correctly for 2-4 as well. Lists cs in the pref.language help text,
adds a cs_CZ.UTF-8 detection test and updates the localization docs.

crates/ui-egui/locales/tr.toml translates every UI string (1,577 keys),
command label (557) and menu wording (31), machine-drafted and marked
"draft — needs native review". Buttons and menu items use bare
imperatives (Kaydet, Sil), instructions the polite -in/-ın (seçin,
tıklayın); the percent sign goes before the number (%50). Turkish keeps
a noun singular after a count, so plural entries give only `other`.
Preferences ▸ Language lists Türkçe; System maps tr and tr-TR to it.
The catalog passes the i18n check even when listed as complete.
docs/translating.md, docs/localization-parity.md and ROADMAP.md list
the new draft. Adds my own contributors/people.toml entry.
