* Insert Hyperlink: Link to › Place in This Document (#1234)

The Insert Hyperlink dialog gets Word's "Link to:" choice. Place in This Document
lists the top of the document, its headings (indented by level) and its
bookmarks, and links to the chosen one; the text to display follows the choice
until it is typed over. It uses insert.link with `top`, `heading` or `bookmark`
and link.targets for the list.

* Docs: update the progress docs for this change

* Docs: put the new sentence in the WordCraft / evidence column

* i18n: Insert Hyperlink link-target strings in every catalog
