feat(engine): rename documents from the title bar and open account settings from the badge (#1016)

* M10: enable document renaming and account settings

* no-mistakes(review): Allow case-only document renames without overwriting files

* no-mistakes(review): Keep unsaved rename as session file name, not Title

* no-mistakes(review): Keep AutoSave and Recent across renames; Compare clears name

* no-mistakes(document): Document file.rename write-root rule; dedupe rename gap note

* vi: Rename Document strings
