fix(i18n): zh-hant had two keys twice after concurrent merges (#2414)

the Revert prompt to zh-hant.tsv; merged together, the catalog held both
copies and `bundled_catalogs_are_consistent` (and the tests that load
zh-hant as a reference) failed on main. Keep #1750's wording (字型大小,
「」 quotes, as the rest of the catalog) and drop the other copy.
