4 people 8fd4951d76 Layout: widow control moves a three-line paragraph whole (#1575) ...

With room for two of its three lines at the bottom of a page, a paragraph was
split two and one, leaving a widow; taking a line along would leave an orphan,
so Word moves the paragraph whole. A paragraph continued from the page before
may still take one line along from two (no orphan there).
