M7: use current egui accessibility roles for proofing controls

Replace two deprecated WidgetType aliases with Role::Button, as required by the hosted Windows and macOS Clippy checks.

Local cargo xtask ci was attempted but cargo is not installed on this machine. git diff --check passes. Hosted CI and the preview workflow must validate this revision.
