The Character Styles and Paragraph Styles panels took only clicks on their rows. The reference app copies a style dragged onto Create New Style and deletes a style dragged onto Delete. A style row can now be dragged. Dropped on Create New Style, the style is copied with charStyle.duplicate or paraStyle.duplicate, as the panel menu's Duplicate does, and the panel highlights the copy. Dropped on Delete, the style is deleted with charStyle.delete or paraStyle.delete, as the Delete button deletes the highlighted style, and Delete accepts a dragged style even when the highlighted one is Normal or none. Normal is not deleted. Each button is outlined while a row it accepts is held over it, and each drop is one undo step. Docs: docs/target-app-parity.md.
