The two tools had hand-drawn nibs that didn't match the Pen tool's icon and read as distorted next to it. They now use Lucide's pen-tool (the Pen tool's own icon) with a plus or minus badge, so the Pen group reads as one family; the Remove Anchor Points buttons pick up the minus one.
