Claude 2282122272 i18n(ja): Keyboard Shortcuts editor and the Print overprint note
Add the 13 Japanese rows the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog (File > Keyboard
Shortcuts...) and the Print dialog's overprint note were missing, so they no
longer fall back to English. Wording follows the catalog's existing terms
(初期設定, 競合, ショートカット).

Drafted with AI assistance; native-speaker review welcome.

Claude 95d27fe390 PDF.R1: never panic on a damaged array or dictionary in an imported PDF
hayro-syntax's Dict::entries still unwraps each value it reads, so a
dictionary cut short (or with a stray token) aborts the import. The
craft-libs ArrayIter now stops at the first unreadable item instead of
panicking, which also means a hostile item after a self-referencing
function or colour space is silently dropped from nests_without_end.

- import_color: `readable(array)` checks every item parses; `items()`
  yields nothing for an unreadable array; `entries()` reads a dictionary
  key by key through get_raw, skipping values that don't parse.
- pages/editing/import_scan: use the helpers instead of raw_iter() and
  Dict::entries().
- nests_without_end refuses a file with an unreadable array.
- Tests: two refusal cases in pdf tests and an .ai cut inside an array
  or dictionary in engine/tests/import_fuzz.rs.

Claude d9b5eea18d Fix #536: the Fill/Stroke popover's Swatch Libraries button opens its menu
In the Fill or Stroke chip's popover (Control bar, Properties ›
Appearance), the Swatch Libraries Menu button at the foot of the
swatches closed the popover and showed nothing, as in the video on
#536; Show Swatch Kinds did the same. egui remembers one open popup per
window: the chip's popover was such a remembered popup, so the button's
menu, opening as another one, closed the popover and itself with it.

The popover now keeps its own open state with widgets::popover (made for
popovers that open menus of their own), so the libraries menu opens over
it and a library chosen there opens in the library panel. Escape, a
click outside and a click on the chip still close it.

Test: tests_paintchips::the_popover_swatch_libraries_button_opens_the_libraries_menu
(fails before this change: the popover closes).
