Docs: the document.open pages sentence names the file saved without PDF compatibility

docs/mcp.md said that `pages` that name every page "of such a file"
open it from its editing data. The sentence before it is about a file
without editing data, so "such a file" could be read as that file.

The sentence now says "a file saved without PDF compatibility".
