i18n(pl): "Wtyczki i dyski robocze", "Geometryczne linie pomocnicze"

Two Polish rows added this week:

- "Plug-ins & Scratch Disks" read "Wtyczki & Dyski robocze": every other "&"
  in the catalog is "i", and Polish doesn't capitalize the second noun.
- "Geometric Guides" read "Prowadnice geometryczne"; Guides are "linie
  pomocnicze" in the rest of the catalog (Guides, Smart Guides …), as in #2870.
