Select: Update Selection replaces the recalled saved selection with the current selection

The Select menu had no Update Selection: to add objects to a saved selection or take objects out of it, the selection had to be saved again under the same name. Select › Update Selection (`select.update`) now gives the saved selection last recalled the objects that are selected, in one undo step. It is enabled while objects are selected and the document still holds that saved selection. Each open document keeps session ids for its saved selections, so the recalled one is found under a new name after Edit Selection…, and after Undo and Redo. Deleting it disables Update Selection until another saved selection is recalled or the delete is undone. Docs: docs/mcp.md, docs/target-app-parity.md.
