xtask ci: test vectorcraft-text without its bundled fonts

`cargo test --workspace` builds vectorcraft-text with `bundled-fonts`
(the engine turns it on), so the configuration embedders use without it
was tested only by hand. A `no-bundled-fonts` step after `test` runs its
integration test.
