i18n: Bosnian paint-chip tips name Shift+, and Shift+.

Browse Source 
The Bosnian catalog still carried the Color (,) and Gradient (.) rows, which no longer match the toolbar's tips. It now translates Color (, or Shift+,) and Gradient (. or Shift+.) like the other catalogs.
