Dylan M. Taylor 8ca6939981 Honor CARGO_BUILD_TARGET in FreeBSD packaging for aarch64 release builds (#1167)
* Document the aarch64 archive name in FreeBSD packaging

package.sh already honors CARGO_BUILD_TARGET: cargo builds for the target, the binaries are read
from target/<triple>/release, and the arch comes from the target rather than uname -m. Only the
header still described x86_64 alone, so update it.

* Include the full header in package.sh --help
