module_exit_shutdown asserts that the exit handler alone runs the module
exit too late. That holds where exit handlers share one list. Windows
runs the executable's handlers before a DLL's own, so the fixture's late
state is still alive and the child exits cleanly; the test failed there.
The Windows case now asserts the clean exit.

The VST3 bindings type C enum constants as i32 on Windows and u32
elsewhere, so assigning kDefaultActive to BusInfo.flags (u32) failed to
compile and seven integration tests could not build their fixture.
Cast it like the other constants in this file.

saved_audio_is_trusted_only_in_the_folder_it_was_saved_in compared path
strings. On Windows the engine reports <session folder>\Audio Files/x.wav
while the test expected <folder>/Audio Files/x.wav, so the test failed
there although the two name the same file. The expected value is now the
session folder joined with the stored relative path, on every platform.

On Windows the test body was compiled out but its setup was not, so
`lib` was an unused variable and clippy -D warnings failed the gate.
The test never ran anything on Windows; it is now cfg(unix) as a whole.

Rust 1.95's clippy flags the nested if (collapsible_match), so
cargo xtask ci failed on a machine with the README's minimum toolchain.
No behaviour change: other MP3 sample entries still fall through to the
catch-all arm.

The previous release build failed in craft-common-actions, not in this
repo: riscv64 packaging got --formats deb, rpm, tar (fixed in
craft-common-actions#3), Linux jobs lacked the ALSA headers
(craft-common-actions#5), and Windows signing needed the AZURE_* secrets
listed in the caller.

#181 already pushes instrument params each block, so drop the duplicate
apply_instrument_params. Import Session Data now brings a Sampler's sample
along and remaps its source id.

Fixes#166: dragging a selection up from the last track deselected it and
selected every track above instead. Fixed, along with related Edit-window drag
problems:
- Drag selection spans exactly the tracks between the press and the pointer,
in either direction, and the whole window updates in the same frame.
- Shift+click in another track adds it to the selection with the same range,
as in Pro Tools, so the selected tracks no longer have to be adjacent. A
click outside the range extends it.
- Track names follow Pro Tools' rules in the Edit window, the Mix window and
the Tracks list: Shift+click selects every track between the nearest
selected one and the clicked one, and Cmd+click (Ctrl+click on Windows and
Linux) adds or removes one. A click on a name used to replace the selection;
only the Edit header's background added, and it treated Shift like Cmd.
- Dropping a track's name plate lower down no longer sends the track to the end.
- Drags act where you pressed: a quick drag from a clip edge now trims instead
of moving the clip.
- Dragging past the edge of the track area scrolls, and a flick past the last
track selects down to it.
- The insertion point moves on press, shows immediately, and only on the
selected tracks.
- edit.select no longer makes a new document revision when nothing changed
(each one is resent to the audio engine).
- Fixes a panic when a fade drag's clip shrinks to zero length.
