Open Help › Report an Issue…. It takes you to the PhotoCraft issue tracker on GitHub. You can also ask in Discord.
What to include
- What you did, step by step, and what you expected.
- What happened instead. A screenshot or a short video helps.
- Your system details. Choose Help › System Info…, click Copy, and paste the text into your message. It lists the PhotoCraft version, your operating system and processor, and your graphics adapter.
- The file, if one file causes it. Zip a PSD or other file and attach it. Leave it out if it contains anything private.
Before you post
Search the tracker for your problem first. If someone already reported it, add your details there instead of opening a new issue. For known problems, see the other pages in Troubleshooting.
