LosminekandClaude Opus 5.5 d6e0f0c48b Merge remote-tracking branch 'upstream/main' into cs-catchup 
The only conflict was the end of cs.tsv: this branch appends the
catch-up block and main appended the Czech rows of #6546 (Memory Usage),
Liquify's Show Backdrop and #1327 (DDS Options). Both blocks are kept;
no key is duplicated.

LosminekandClaude Opus 5.5 19ccfa9004 i18n(cs): bring the Czech catalog up to date 
Add 127 labels that the interface looks up through variables and that
cs.tsv was missing (live keys only, checked against the code), update one
hint to quote the translated option, and fix the capitalisation of five
existing entries.
