Merge PR #3603: M14: Spanish catalog covers the bundled key union

ATTRIBUTION.toml: kept main's sha; rehashed after all merges.
ROADMAP.md: summary names Vietnamese, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish against the current union; both log lines.
docs/localization-parity.md: main's status line with the Spanish change added; the PR's denominator paragraph naming Brazilian Portuguese too; the PR's lt row plus main's fi row; revision rows newest first.
