Integration: #2452 Polish for the two snapshot notices; English for five panel labels

Browse Source 
The five panel labels (Panels, Float panel, Move to group, Resize panels,
Resize panel window) stay English until a translator fills them, so that
polish_covers_ui_literals passes.
