x-labb abdc26c854 Issue #2819: the histogram stays SDR when HDR is switched off ...

The small HDR render of the last HDR drag is kept in Renderer. With HDR
switched off, dragging a slider still read it as the live histogram, so the
panel flipped back to the HDR layout. Read it only while an HDR edit is being
dragged. The LR-VIEW-HISTOGRAM row says so.
