Adds Finnish catalogs (fi.json, fi-formats.json), the language table entry
and menu command, Finnish tests, docs and an attribution row. What's New text
stays English, as in most catalogs.

Review on #1468: main's #2099 split out text_matches() and lets unknown field
prefixes fall back to plain text. On top of it, text_matches() now also matches
Photo::people(); the free-text token is unquoted before text_matches(); an
unknown field's quoted value is unquoted in the fallback (`10:"30 am"` is the
text `10:30 am`); and the field split keeps the !t.starts_with('"') guard.

- .github/workflows/ci.yml: the full `cargo xtask ci` on every pull request and push to main
(Linux x64, craft-fonts, rust-cache for dependencies), so it becomes the merge gate.
- `cargo xtask ci --quick [--base REF]`: fmt, clippy, the changed packages' tests, layers and
assets, plus heif / parity / wasm when the changes touch them, measured against the merge base
with origin/main (xtask/src/ci_quick.rs). Workspace-wide files test everything.
- A machine-wide lock (xtask/src/ci_lock.rs): a second `ci`, from another worktree, waits and
names the run it waits for. LIGHTCRAFT_CI_SLOTS=N, LIGHTCRAFT_CI_LOCK=off|<dir>.
- README, CLAUDE.md quality gate, gaps.md gap 9, target-app-parity.md stability note.

Add README.zh-hant.md alongside the existing English and Simplified
Chinese READMEs, translated from the current README.md and aligned
with the in-app zh-hant terminology (crates/ui-egui/locales/zh-hant.json).
Cross-link all three README files in their language switchers.
Both sides added code at the same places: main's Prepared filter struct next to
search_tokens()/unquote() in query.rs, its touched_since test next to the
people-search test in tests.rs, and its 2026-10-14 What's New sections next to
this one. All kept.

Align feature descriptions, counts, exports and language options with the
current code. Distinguish model-dependent features and implemented Print
and slideshow workflows from their remaining gaps.

Georgian next to Italian in the language table, menus, catalogs list and docs; ka-formats.json lists the format
strings other PRs added, in English until translated.

Adds Swedish (Svenska) as an interface language: 2707 strings, written from the English source.

Stacked on rb/1592: LOOK_VERSION 8 -> 9; the PR's corpus-profile helper is the base's corpus_uses_the_bundled_profile.

Adds Georgian (ქართული, code ka, system tags ka / ka-GE / ka_GE) with
complete plain and formats catalogs, the Edit > Language command and the
Settings choice. Sentence-cased messages go through i18n::upper_first,
which leaves Georgian letters alone (upper-casing Mkhedruli would turn it
into Mtavruli). The Settings language choices wrap now that eleven
endonyms no longer fit on one line, and the face-model Remove button goes
through tr().

Keeps upstream's ColorData 66 handling (white level from the data); recounts
coverage (259 verified, 919 unverified, 232 preview); drops the duplicate
raw-parity rows; notes high-QP R6 Mark II C-RAW and unverified R7 C-RAW.

Fitted with `lightcraft-cli calibrate` to 144 usable ILCA-99M2 ARWs (of
150, seven shooting days, Standard creative style, DRO Auto) and their
in-camera JPEGs; aggregate colour statistics only.
On 30 withheld photos (profile fitted to the other 120) mean dE76 against
the camera JPEG goes 5.11 -> 4.87; 25 of 30 improve, the worst
regression is 0.24. All 150 photos stay accepted. The public raw.pixls.us
ILCA-99M2 file, not used for fitting, stays accepted (5.57 -> 5.73).
A corpus test checks that this public sample's fit keeps exactly the
built-in profile's matrix and table; the ILCE-7CR test now shares its
body. LOOK_VERSION 5 -> 6, as the profile changes the fit of this model.
Conflict in panels/dialogs.rs: keep upstream's PQ/HLG HDR curve choice
and route both labels through i18n::tr. Czech for the new strings:
8 catalog entries (import, missing files, GPU notice, mask overlays),
3 format strings (other editor, identical copies) and the HLG label.

Free-text tokens now also match Photo::people(), so a person's name typed in
Search Photos finds the photos with that named face. The search text is split
by a quote-aware tokenizer instead of split_whitespace(), so person:"Jane Doe",
who:"Jane Doe", "jane doe" and keyword:"new york" are one token each. An
unclosed quote runs to the end of the text, which can only narrow the match.
The tokenizer makes one pass and allocates nothing.

As in PhotoCraft: when portable.txt (or LightCraft.portable) sits next to the
executable, config_dir() is <exe dir>/LightCraftData, so settings, logs and
models stay with a portable copy instead of %APPDATA%. LIGHTCRAFT_CONFIG_DIR
still wins and is used without probing beside the executable. A portable
folder that can't be written logs a warning and the platform folder is used.
The check runs once per process.

With GPU rendering on and no graphics adapter at all (wgpu: "no GPU adapter among …", e.g. no
Vulkan loader: a `cargo run` outside `nix develop` on NixOS), every render ran on the CPU, much
slower, and only Settings ▸ Performance, Help ▸ System Info and `perf.gpuReason` said why.
The desktop app now queues one start-up notice per session once the device has been tried
(`gpu::ready()`, never blocking): "No graphics processor found: LightCraft renders on the CPU, which
is much slower. Details in Help → System Info.", on Linux with "On NixOS, start it from `nix
develop`." (→, not ▸: no installed font paints ▸.) `panels::notices::gpu_notice` decides from the
reason: nothing when the GPU was turned off (preference, LIGHTCRAFT_GPU, LIGHTCRAFT_GPU_BACKEND=off),
only a software adapter was skipped, or it failed later. Headless sessions and tests never show it
(`app.gpu_notice` is set by the desktop app only). Translated in all nine catalogs; one README
sentence in the Nix section.
