LR-IMP-FORMATS: RW2 format 8: invalidate cached thumbnails

Browse Source 
The decoder change alters format-8 renders while the photo's content hash
and settings stay the same, so thumbnails rendered before it (edited
photos keep theirs on disk) would survive. Bump RENDER_CACHE_VERSION.
