LR-EDIT-SECTION-SOLO: register section.calibration, refuse unknown sections

Calibration's header runs section.calibration, now a registered command (no menu
item); section.<id> refuses an id the Edit panel hasn't got instead of closing
the real sections for a phantom one. "Solo Mode" sits with the other So… keys
in the catalogs.
