README: point the font-standard note at craft-fonts (#826).

Browse Source 
storytold/craftrules is not a public repository, so the standards link in the
Chinese/Japanese fonts note was a 404 for anyone outside the maintainers. The
rule the sentence states lives with the font repo it points at anyway.
