LRC-LIB-SMARTCOLL: document grouped rule menu and new fields

parity.md: LRC-LIB-SMARTCOLL lists the 47 fields by menu group and what
Classic has that is still missing. LR-LIB-SMARTALBUM no longer claims
"match-all only, no rule editor". What's New describes the grouped menu
and the new fields.
