Dylan M. Taylor fef543283c Go To: index defined names when resolving and listing them
Go To resolved every visible name, and each alias inside a name was
looked up with Workbook::name, a linear scan of all names. A workbook
of many short aliases made the Go To list quadratic (or worse along
alias chains) in the number of names.

A Resolver now indexes the names by scope and folded spelling once
per command and remembers, per name, sheet and depth, whether a name
resolves and to how many areas, so listing names resolves each alias
once. Lookups keep the old precedence and matching rules.
