aiongg 6f10378b17 Integration: #1320 font-measure AutoFit tests in their own test binary 
They run the process-wide installed-font scan, whose faces bind from the
next frame; in the same process as the header drag tests they changed text
widths under them, which failed those tests about 1 run in 4 in parallel.
