Docs: catalog count 276 / 292 in the parity summary; macro storage names; the macro page's scope

- target-app-parity.md: the summary table and the method say 276 / 292 and 292 unique ids, as
`cargo xtask parity` measures; Last updated and revision history.
- architecture.md: macros are kept as `_gc_macro_<n>_<k>` (CodeRabbit 4366060044).
- macros.md: the intro says the page covers the engine and its commands, without implying
  later work.
