Font managers such as RightFont, FontBase and Typeface keep fonts in their
own library folders and activate them through Core Text, without copying
them into /Library/Fonts or ~/Library/Fonts. Every other Mac app lists
these fonts; FigCraft walks only the font folders, so it didn't, and a
file using one of them drew in a fallback font.
On macOS the scan now also asks Core Text for the file of every available
font and indexes the files that lie outside the walked folders. All three
scans (the first, the on-demand one and text.rescanFonts) share this, so a
font activated while the app runs is found by a rescan like a newly
installed one.
Core Text needs unsafe FFI, which the workspace forbids, so the query goes
through the safe wrappers of the core-text crate, pinned at =20.1.0. That
version builds on the core-foundation 0.9, core-graphics 0.23 and
foreign-types 0.5 the lockfile already has: core-text is the only new
package. The call sits inside catch_unwind, so anything unexpected from
Core Text leaves the scan with the font folders alone. Other platforms are
unchanged.
On a Mac with RightFont, 15 families from its library are now listed
(Geist, JetBrains Mono, Clash Display and others) that weren't before. A
full font listing went from 0.06 s to 0.20 s on that machine.
Tests: the filter that keeps files outside the font folders once, indexing
a font file found outside them, and (macOS only) that Core Text lists the
system's font files. cargo test --workspace, cargo clippy -p figcraft-text
--all-targets -D warnings and cargo fmt --check pass on macOS 15. CI
builds on Linux only, so the macOS path is checked locally.

The paragraph above the ROADMAP stage line moves into the revision history; docs/server-memory-retention.md
is folded into the compaction bullet of docs/server.md.
The PNG row of docs/file-format-parity.md listed the export settings as
"contents only" and "include bounding box (the layer's own box)". Since
#1307 the Export section labels the first option Ignore overlapping
layers and shows Include bounding box for text layers. The row now uses
those names, says that ignore overlapping layers is on by default, and
gives include bounding box for text layers, as the help page lists
them. The status line gets the new date and topic, and the revision
history gets a row; the percentages and hours are unchanged.

A .sketch file opened from disk joins the recent files, where it had no
picture and a generic icon. FileKind::Sketch reads the preview.png Sketch
saves under previews/ (within the thumbnail caps) and gets the design-file
mark, like .fig. Test: sketch_files_show_their_preview_png.

Linux: the shared-mime-info package declares application/x-sketch (a zip,
*.sketch) and the desktop entry and AppStream metadata list it. Windows:
the installer registers a Figcraft.Sketch ProgId under .sketch's
OpenWithProgids and .sketch in figcraft.exe's SupportedTypes, never as
the default. Both hand the path to file.open, as macOS does.

Info.plist declares Sketch's public type identifier (imported, so it is
known on a Mac without Sketch) and lists it as an Alternate, Viewer
document type: Sketch stays the default, FigCraft is offered. The app
already opened .sketch from an open-documents Apple event via file.open.

Conflicts were only in the Change notes of docs/file-format-parity.md and
docs/target-app-parity.md: main's notes kept, the `.sketch` note added.
