bflatastic 50f1237617 #272: refuse page drops released outside the visible pages list 
A page drag released over the Layers below could still reorder against a
row scrolled out of view, and a layer dropped there could move to that
page. The drop now counts only inside the list's visible area. The guard
is ported from #366 by Skyfuller1303 (@Skyfuller1303).

Andrii VolkovandClaude Opus 5.5 bf506712ba fix(ui): show error toasts raised by a slow frame for their full 3 s 
A toast's clock started from the time of the frame that first drew it. That
time is taken when the frame starts, before whatever raised the toast ran:
the Open dialog and a failed open blocked that frame for longer than 3 s, so
the error expired before it was ever seen and the open failed silently. The
clock now starts on the frame after the first one that draws the toast.

bflatastic aeeb1a7cde #338: forget a file's barred addresses when its session closes 
The hub kept the addresses removed from every file it ever had open. The
entry now goes when the file is closed (everyone left) or removed from the
server, so a long-running public server doesn't keep collecting them.

bflatastic e11a182afd #400: a nested batch keeps its own step references 
The outer batch passes a command.batch step on as written, so the inner
steps' `$step` references point at the inner batch's steps. The docs say
that `$step` is a reserved key in step params.

bflatastic b75e5bea3b #305: auto-save after a pause, off the UI thread 
Nothing is collected while auto-save is off. The wait restarts whenever an
unsaved file changes, so continuous editing doesn't save every few seconds,
and the file is encoded on a thread of its own, then written.

FileSnapshot takes what saving writes, encodes it (thumbnail and all) on any
thread, and writes it back as of the snapshot: edits since stay unsaved, and
bytes from before another save never overwrite the newer file.
