- shortcuts::pick chooses the binding for a key press: narrowest scope, then a
physical-key binding, then the first. When two other panels (or two active
contexts) claim the chord at the same rank, neither runs and the status bar
says which panels own it.
- Physical and logical bindings compete by scope rank in one pass, so a
narrower logical binding beats a physical one of an unrelated panel.
- An additional viewer (PanelKind::Viewer) ranks as the Composition panel.
- Two contexts on the same keys are reported as a conflict.

A shortcut belongs to the application, a panel or a context (editing text, a paint or
camera tool active, a mask selected). The narrowest active scope runs a chord: an active
context, the focused panel, the panel sharing its shortcuts (Timeline and Composition),
the application. A context's shortcuts never run outside it.
- shortcuts.rs: scope table for engine commands and menu entries, scope_rank,
scope_label; UiCommand can state its scope.
- Conflicts: the same chord in two scopes is an override (both keep working), reported
with overrides: true; shortcuts.conflicts lists same-scope pairs only.
- Scoped now, keys unchanged: Remember / Apply Interpretation and Delete Without
Confirmation (Project), Duplicate Render Item (Render Queue).

Selecting a mask group now clears the previous key selection, so Copy/Cut act
on the mask. Pasting masks clears the source mask's vertex selection, so Clear
removes the pasted mask rather than points of the source.

#1339 was written before ui-egui's integration tests became modules of one binary
(`tests/it/main.rs`), so its six test files landed at the top of `tests/`, each its own crate
and link. They move into `tests/it/` as modules; the a11y module's doc names the new path.

edit.copy {"layer": id} copied the selected mask instead of the layer:
the mask branch only checked for `layers`, but `layer` is an explicit
target too.

Edit > Copy with masks selected copied the layer, so Paste duplicated it
instead of adding the mask. Masks now go to their own clipboard and Paste
appends them, with unique names, to the selected unlocked layers.

File ▸ Export ▸ Adobe Premiere Pro Project… pre-rendered every layer Premiere can't show to
ProRes 4444 with the window waiting: minutes on a large comp, which Windows reports as not
responding. The export now runs as a job (Window ▸ Progress, cancellable, with per-layer
progress) when started from its dialog (`background: true`); without it, the command still
waits and returns the same result.

UPDATE_APP gains our accent (#e0368f, our colour in ArtCraft Launcher). The prompt draws it
on the UPDATE chip, the buttons and the What's new underline, and says "by ArtCraft"
(craft-update's default developer); #2646 gave it our icon.
craft-update is pinned to storytold/craft-libs main at 1065653e7 (#434).
A slip on a layer with no source handles succeeded with `delta: 0` and nothing else, which
read like a no-op bug. The result now carries `requested` (seconds) and, per layer, `clamped`
when the source could not move that far.

Timeline and Effect Controls value editors sent every write with the property's scrub merge
key, so two separate picks from a drop-down (or two check box toggles) on the same property
folded into one undo step. Drop-down, check box, layer and mask picks now record their own
step; scrubs and typed numbers still merge as before.

Main routes viewer scrolling through viewer_scroll, so a raw-event scrub fought the wheel zoom. With general.viewerWheelScrubbing on, an unmodified wheel steps frames and the rest of that notch does not zoom or pan. The preference stays off, so the wheel still zooms.
- ui_accessibility_audit: main's new Character panel controls (stroke width presets, line
join, stroke order) raise Character:default to 46 findings (22 unnamed); the ratchet entry
follows, since that panel is not yet audited. The control filter is written as clippy's
nonminimal_bool asks.
- ui_timeline_shapes (main's #2513 test): this PR names the Properties panel's Position row,
so "Position" is no longer unique; the test takes the Animate menu's new entry.

Create Split Layers Above Original Layer became on by default in #2083, but a settings
file saved before then still holds `false` (every later save keeps it), so Split Layer
kept stacking the new layer below. Settings version 4 moves a stored `false` to the new
default once, like version 3 did for the old disk cache size; a choice made since stays.

An adjustment layer replaced the comp below with its effects' result whatever its blend
mode. As in After Effects, a mode other than Normal now blends the adjusted comp onto the
comp below in that mode, inside the footprint, track matte and opacity (an adjustment
layer with no effects in Screen screens the comp with itself). CPU and GPU paths.

Noise, paint, the shutter, and the comp scene were still reaching the footprint key, so a finishing adjustment re-uploaded a full frame every frame. The key now uses EffectScope::Footprint and ignores that stack, while a moving mask still re-keys it.
