Project: Delete Project Items Without Confirmation is a command, on Shift+Delete (#484)

A frontend command (project.deleteWithoutConfirmation) so the shortcut is
listed and rebindable in Keyboard Shortcuts and runs by id over the
control channel and MCP. The UI runs project.delete for it.
