Enable hypher's "dutch" feature: Piet Tutelaers's hyph-nl.tex 1.1 from
hyph-utf8, MIT licensed (added to NOTICE). Dutch text, including InDesign's
nl_NL_2005, now hyphenates instead of never breaking a word.
Document the two added Georgian menu captions and the unchanged complete-menu regression. Preserve historical coverage counts and make the separate native-speaker review status explicit.
Updated Hungarian catalog entry count to 1,905 and added Data Merge arrangement caption. Merge upstream/main 4be45a71, preserving German 2006 hyphenation. Keep current documentation summaries, both progress histories, and the new cross-column hyphenation behavior description.
Validation: fmt, PDF dependency checks, workspace Clippy, layers and German hyphenation tests pass. Full CI stops at four known Windows engine test failures in unchanged upstream paths and directory-redirect checks.
A string without a translation shows in English, and an empty catalog row
counts as untranslated. Tests keep duplicate-key and placeholder checks and
the lookup, context, plural-caption and right-to-left mechanics; coverage,
stale-key, wording and per-language literal checks are removed.
`cargo xtask i18n-report`, also a `cargo xtask ci` step, runs the ignored
missing_translations_report test and prints the missing strings per language.
Correct only the 2026-10-17 narrative from four to two context captions, matching the dated revision history and ROADMAP. The current catalog still has four context captions. All eight local CI stages passed.
Record the merge test repairs and the verified catalog count of 1,904 entries plus four context captions. Part of the locally validated four-file update.
French and Italian text is hyphenated with hyph-utf8's patterns, through
hypher's "french" and "italian" features (hyph-fr.tex 2.13, MIT; hyph-it.tex
4.9, LPPL or MIT, taken under MIT; NOTICE has both). The Character panel's
French, French: Canadian, French: Swiss and Italian, and fr / it locale codes,
select them.
A word with an elision hyphenates after its apostrophe (l'im-pri-me-rie,
dell'im-pa-gi-na-zio-ne) in the patterned languages; before, any word with an
apostrophe was left whole.

#84 landed on main squashed (0f4f382b0), so the merge was resolved against #84's
tip as the base: main's version of #84 stands and only this branch's IME changes
are applied on top.
Conflicts and how each was resolved:
- crates/engine/src/cmd/text.rs: removed main's text.compose command, compose_text
and its compose_tests; text.insert keeps main's reset of the typing format after a
successful edit, skipped while an IME preview is open; reselection bumps the
revision.
- crates/engine/src/lib.rs: removed Session.composition and the hook that ended it
in execute_unguarded; set_active/add_document end the composition and reset the
Find scope; both test modules kept.
- crates/engine/src/tooling.rs: removed main's composition() and its
end_composition (the opposite semantics); begin_interaction no longer ends a
composition.
- crates/engine/src/cmd/edit.rs, file.rs, guard.rs, recovery.rs: main's code with
bump_revision in place of revision arithmetic; Revert takes the fresh state's
revision.
- crates/ui-egui/src/canvas.rs: removed main's IME block, composition highlight and
remembered caret rect; this branch's ime_event/ime_output stay. Main's dead-key
test is ported to these events (the accent stays as typed when the caret moves).
- crates/ui-egui/src/lib.rs, menus.rs: both sides' fields and checks.
- apps/designcraft/src/main.rs, apps/designcraft-web/src/web.rs: both sides.
- docs/control-protocol.md: ui.ime row plus main's ui.click/ui.drag params.
Also: the remaining `revision += 1` sites on main use bump_revision, and two tests
compare revisions with `>`; the IME candidate window follows the caret on type on a
path; IME status lines in ROADMAP.md, gaps, ui-, localization- and target-app-parity
docs and roadmap.md.
Adds i18n/ka.rs (1,734 entries: every key of the shared, Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Italian and Ukrainian tables, plus labels only the code and command table use), registered as ქართული in LANGUAGES and the Interface Language menu. Count captions use the category-first form Ukrainian already uses (გვერდი: 5), since Georgian nouns stay singular after a numeral. Tests: every Georgian key resolves, placeholders and ellipses are preserved, no Mtavruli, every menu title, item and submenu is translated, and switching to ka renders. Docs: localization-parity.md and ROADMAP.

Enable hypher/norwegian in designcraft-compose so no/nb/nn map to the bundled hyph-no.tex patterns. Add unit + composition regression tests, NOTICE attribution, and update parity docs.
Fixes#535.
ROADMAP.md ("Also shipped") and docs/localization-parity.md (language
table, count of shipped languages, revision history), as AGENTS.md asks
when an interface language is added.
