Integration: INDD import follows indd-utils main

The indd dependency tracks indd-utils' main branch; Cargo.lock pins 68308f6f021a58901e82db4659705b8b96939b3b (was 9cf456d9). The API is unchanged: designcraft-engine builds as it was.
