Merge PR #1024: New Workspace: Capture Panel Locations and Menu Customization, as InDesign's

Conflicts:
- crates/ui-egui/src/dialogs.rs: kept the branch's dialog code and added #1024's New Workspace width, Capture checkboxes and confirm params at the branch's indentation.
- crates/ui-egui/src/i18n.rs, i18n/{ar,de,it,ja,ka,pt_br,uk}.rs: kept both sides.
