Integration: the Paragraph section's menu (#263) uses #281's menu_button

#263 adds a ☰ menu to the Properties panel's Paragraph section; #281 routes every menu through menus::menu_button so a menu taller than the window scrolls and a scroll-bar click keeps it open. This one gets the same behaviour.
