* #1062: honour Remove personal information / Remove date and time on save w:removePersonalInformation and w:removeDateAndTime (ECMA-376 §17.15.1.69-70) are read into Settings, written back in CT_Settings order, and honoured by the DOCX writer: comment and revision authors saved as "Author" (initials "A"), no dc:creator / cp:lastModifiedBy, no w:date on comments and tracked changes. The open document keeps its real values. New file.privacyOptions command sets both.
