Commands now leave the caret after the new picture; Picture Format commands still act on it. The app still selects a picture the user inserts, as in Word. WordApp::select_inserted_picture selects the picture just before the caret; run and the paste path call it, paste once after the last picture so a multi-file paste keeps them all. Tests for paste selection and for two inserts in a row.
