3 people 86ad3ddb63 DOCX: two lines in one and horizontal in vertical (w:eastAsianLayout) survive a save (#2486) ...

Read w:eastAsianLayout (ISO/IEC 29500-1 §17.3.2.10) into a new
CharProps::east_asian_layout and write it back after w:lang, in runs and
styles. Values outside the schema are left unset. Layout is unchanged.
