A numbered paragraph style's own indents (and those of styles based on it) now beat the list level's, its base styles' don't, and the paragraph's own list beats every style. A paragraph that switches its list off (numId 0) drops the styles' indents, as Word does; the first Backspace in a List Paragraph item makes the item's indent the paragraph's own so the text stays put. Measured in Word for Windows: 27 synthetic cases, all match. NIH's Heading 3s sit at their 0.9" and its "sample text" paragraphs at the margin.
