Valentin KleinandClaude Opus 5.5 5528eff2ac Mail merge: SKIPIF, NEXT, IF in preview, header/footer fields (#427 , #428 , #429 , #430 ) (#478 )

Merge fields are now evaluated in document order with a record cursor,
shared by Preview Results and Finish & Merge:
- SKIPIF drops the merged copy when its condition holds (#427).
- NEXT/NEXTIF move later fields to the next record; the next copy
  starts after it, and records past the end are blank (#428).
- IF rules on merge fields preview their true/false text (#429).
- Header and footer stories are previewed and merged; with merge fields
  in them each letter becomes its own section with its own copies (#430).
