* fix(pdf): inline pictures keep their alt text in tagged PDF (#1502)

Inline pictures were tagged as Figure with no alt, so the exporter fell
back to "picture" and screen readers announced every inline image that
way, while floating pictures kept their alt text.

Draw::Image now carries the picture's alt text from the InlineObject, and
the Placed::Lines branch of the PDF exporter passes it to the Figure tag,
including for rotated inline pictures. A picture without alt text still
falls back to "picture".

Adds a regression test in crates/pdf/src/tests.rs.
