Word lays out an automatic table as its control around a TOCHeading, the entries with the field
opening in the first, and a last paragraph holding only the field's end. That paragraph isn't a
TOC entry, so the TOC was kept in its control with the markers in the body; Update Table then left
the heading out of the TOC and wrote a second control around the entries alone. The reader checks
that TOC with the end moved into the last entry and hands it over as the range read, as before.
