3 people 983f1e0267 docx: pin Standard-encryption key derivation to a real-world package (#4472) ...

Adds the key that Apache POI's Excel-written test file
protected_passtika.xlsx (password "tika") derives, computed from
[MS-OFFCRYPTO] §2.3.4.7 independently of the implementation, so real
Word 2007 files stay pinned.

Also adds the contributor's people.toml entry.
