Delete Cells removes a cell without shrinking the grid, so a row can be shorter than the grid. Delete Columns then removed that row's only cell, dropped every row left without cells, and kept the now empty table block (`rows: []`), an invalid state that anything indexing the first row would turn into a panic. When no rows are left, remove the table, as deleting the only column already does. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
