#333 writes OLE objects back from their kept markup, resized to the object's current size, but #332's rotation and flips weren't carried into that markup: a turned or flipped OLE object came back unturned (DrawingML) or with its old turn (VML). The VML shape's style now gets the object's rotation and flip, and a DrawingML picture's a:xfrm gets rot/flipH/flipV and its size, with the drawing's wp:effectExtent covering the rotated bounds like other drawings (added when missing). Inline VML shapes now read their rotation and flips too, so the turn survives a WordCraft round trip. Charts and diagrams can't be turned, so their frame needs nothing new.
