Some fonts (the static Noto Naskh Arabic builds) draw لا as a lam and a
zero-advance alef with their own clusters at one x. visual_order kept the
tie in logical order, so the right-to-left run's ranges didn't decrease,
krilla dropped /ReversedChars and السلام extracted as السالم. Ties between
clusters now go in reverse text order when right to left (text order
otherwise).
