luisvacaandClaude Opus 5.5 260014167d #2289: skip comments in header versions not in use and in linked text boxes' own text ...

A first-page or even-page header or footer is shown only while Different First Page or
Different Odd & Even is on, and a text box linked from another shows the first box's text
instead of its own. Comments in those stories were still listed and reached by Next and
Previous, and typing then went into text nobody sees. shown_stories now picks each
section's versions the way layout does and leaves out linked boxes' own text.
