ratkoandClaude Opus 5.5 21ceb636f4 #3341: the scrollbar page tip stays on one line ...

The tip shown while dragging the vertical scrollbar (#2551) broke into two
or three lines ("Page 10 of" / "40") as the page number grew: the egui area
keeps last frame's width and the label wrapped to it, narrowing the tip
each time. The label no longer wraps.

Tested by the developer: the tip stays on one line in the app.

Fixes #3341.
